Hotel California Tequila USA is the sole importer of this ultra premium spirit. Partnering alongside with the original Hotel California in Baja California, Sur (est. 1950), our tequila is composed from a strictly artisinal approach. Using only Blue Weber Agave alongside modern distillation techniques, we produce tequilas with exceptional personality and distinction. The Anejo is 100% Blue Weber Agave and uniquely blended from two separate lots to average 28 months.
The Anejo is of 28 months average age and blended from 2 and 3 year old reserves. Incredibly aromatic with a voluptuous nose of spice and caramel, vanilla and candied florals. Ideally prepared neat (with a slight chill) to display the rich, hand-crafted nature of this aged spirit.
