Bright with overt citrus; this is a drink that allows the slight wood aging of the Reposado to be the focus.
Ingredients
- 1.5 oz Hotel California Reposado Tequila
- 1.5 oz Grapefruit Juice
- 1 oz Sparkling wine/dry Prosecco
- .5 oz Agave Nectar (or simple syrup)
- 1/4 wedge of lime, squeezed
Directions
Combine items into a mixing glass and STIR only.
Do not shake as the sparkling wine is carbonated.
Pour into a rocks glass over fresh ice.
