This is a simple but powerful recipe as it displays the aromatic, floral nature of Weber Blue Agave from Hotel California Tequila. It is a classic Baja preparation.
Ingredients
- 2 oz Hotel California Blanco Tequila
- 2 oz of Fresh Squeezed OJ
- 1/8th wedge slice of fresh lime
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a shaker, without ice. Squeeze lime wedge into shaker and briefly shake.
Pour into large snifter with generous amount of ice in glass. Garnish with a thin lime wheel.
